April Performance Review

After last month's beating, we were expecting to report another negative month for April but we actually had some decent statistics for this month.

We had 15 triggers:

8 wins ( 1% or more profit)
4 losses (0.3% loss stop)
3 scratches (Went up over 0.5% but did not make it to 1%).

Interestingly enough, our own p/l for March was higher than it was in April, even though we had brutal statistics for the month of March. Remember that we record our performance not according to whether we ourselves took the trade or not, but whether it hit our number listed from the night before, regardless of volume, intraday action, et cetera. Last month we were patient and had a very high win-rate and a decent p/l. This month we obviously started out too timid, but after we saw a series of break-outs working we started stepping in with size, mostly near the end of the month when it was clear that buyers were bidding up everything that was moving. However, it didn't seem to be enough, and as stated already, we made more money in March than we did in April.

Many of our best trades last week came from our Forming part of our newsletter-- stocks that we are watching but do not put on the official trading list. These stocks are not logged on any official page.
